When you're in charge of an entire floor of Healers/Mediwitches you would assume that a very exiguous amount of them would require that someone else do their jobs for them. Some of these witches and wizards had to go through over six years of training to get the positions that they hold, and that tends to give one adequate reason to believe that they'd do everything in their power to complete their tasks and in a respectable, businesslike manner. Apparently anyone who gave credence to this idea is a fool; and I don't appreciate being made a fool.

Three of our Healers were let go today. Three is the average amount of Healers that we lose per year, and that number includes the amount that move or pass away. I can't say that they didn't bring it upon themselves, but it does mean that we are three short and there weren't any eye-catching or promising students in the training class the other day. Merlin forbid you actually consider whether or not you have the potential for this career before you go headfirst into training for it.

Despite all of that bothersome news, I've put myself in charge of the therapy section of my floor for the time being since the ignoramus who was in charge of half of those patients is now unemployed. I don't particularly look forward to working this station, especially while I'm trying to operate the rest of Spell Damage, but someone that knows what they're doing needs to be there.

First session went rather well, I think, though this individual is full of questions that just lead the human mind in a circle. The point of their therapy, I suppose.

So, not that I'm all that interested in your opinions, what's the general conjecture?

"Is it more important in a relationship to be loved or understood?"
